Working closely with Recruitment, HR, Project Controls, Hiring Managers and Client representatives, you will play a critical role in enabling workforce readiness and supporting project delivery milestones.\nThis is a fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives on coordination, stakeholder engagement and problem solving, and enjoys working in a project environment where priorities can change quickly.\nWhat you'll do\nCoordinate the end-to-end mobilisation process for project personnel.\nManage onboarding and mobilisation activities from offer acceptance through to site readiness.\nMonitor workforce readiness against project mobilisation schedules and resource plans.\nCoordinate compliance requirements\nTrack and manage mobilisation status and workforce readiness reports.\nCoordinate travel and accommodation requirements with travel providers and project teams.\nEnsure personnel are mobilised in accordance with client, contractual and project requirements.\nSupport mobilisation planning for upcoming project phases and recruitment campaigns.\nMaintain mobilisation records, trackers and workforce databases.\nIdentify and escalate mobilisation risks, constraints and critical workforce issues.\nProvide regular workforce readiness updates to project leadership and key stakeholders.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across mobilisation and onboarding processes\nAbout You\nExperience in mobilisation, workforce coordination, recruitment support, project administration or workforce planning.\nPrevious experience supporting large-scale projects within mining, energy, construction or resources sectors.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and compliance focus.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nHighly Regarded:EPCM or major project experience.\nExperience mobilising FIFO or site-based workforces.\nUnderstanding of workforce compliance requirements within the resources sector.\nExperience with mobilisation systems, onboarding platforms and workforce databases.\nKnowledge of major client mobilisation requirements.\n\nBenefits to you\nFlexible / hybrid working\nPaid parental leave\nPurchased leave scheme\nSalary packaging including novated leases, personal electronic devices and EV car subscription\nSalary continuance insurance\nProfessional membership reimbursement\nEmployee discounts including health insurance, gyms, hotels & car hire\nRewards & Incentives through Worley's Appreciate rewards program\nLearning & career opportunities\nAbout us\nWorley is a global company of energy, chemicals and resources experts headquartered in Australia.
