Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nPosition Summary\nPaints walls, equipment, buildings, bridges, and other structural surfaces, using brushes, rollers, and spray guns.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nCover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape and paper to protect surfaces during painting\nSelect and mix coating additives to thin or promote drying and adhesion\nFill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster or other fillers, using caulking guns or putty knives\nUses high air-pressure sandblasting equipment, chemical application, chipping hammer, power tools and other abrasives to remove rust, grease, dirt, concrete, and old paint prior to paint application \nApply primers or sealers to prepare surfaces, such as bare wood, metal, piping, fixtures, structures and equipment for finish coats\nApply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, and other finishes to heavy equipment, buildings, and/or other structures using brushes, spray guns, sandblasting equipment, or rollers\nCalculate amounts of required materials and estimate costs, based on surface measurements and/or work orders\nErect scaffolding and swing gates, or set up ladders, to work above ground level\nMix and match colors of paint, stain, or varnish with oil and thinning and drying additives in order to obtain desired colors and consistencies\nQualifications\nMinimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience \nPhysical Requirements\nClimbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Grasping, Feeling, Repetitive Motions \nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
