The role will provide strategic and operational HR partnership across workforce planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance, change management and employee relations.\nAs a People Advisor II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc\nThe Role\nBusiness Partnering\nPartner with business leaders to understand business priorities, workforce requirements and people challenges.\nProvide practical HR advice to managers on organization, talent and employee matters.\nBuild strong relationships with leadership teams and act as a trusted people advisor.\nWorkforce & Talent Planning\nSupport workforce planning, succession planning and critical talent identification.\nPartner with Talent Acquisition on hiring priorities, capability requirements and workforce plans.\nIdentify current and future skill gaps and work with relevant teams on appropriate talent solutions.\nSupport internal mobility and career development initiatives.\nPerformance & Talent Management\nDrive annual performance and talent processes within the supported business.\nCoach managers on performance conversations, development planning and addressing performance concerns.\nFacilitate talent reviews and succession discussions with leadership.\nEmployee Relations & Engagement\nGuide managers on employee relations matters in line with company policies and applicable employment requirements.\nUnderstand employee sentiment and identify themes affecting engagement, retention or organizational effectiveness.\nWork with leaders on practical actions to improve employee experience.\nOrganization & Change\nSupport organizational changes, restructuring, role changes and workforce transformation initiatives.\nPartner with leaders on organization design and capability requirements.\nSupport change communication and manager readiness during business transformation.\nPeople Analytics\nUse HR data and insights to support business decisions.\nMonitor key people indicators such as attrition, headcount, hiring, internal movement, diversity, engagement and workforce trends.\nIdentify trends and recommend appropriate actions to leadership.\nCollaboration\nWork closely with specialist HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Operations and Employee Relations.\nEnsure HR programs and policies are implemented consistently while considering specific business requirements.\nAbout You\nTo be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:\n8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HR Business Partnering / People Partnering.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Management or a related discipline.\nExperience partnering with senior managers and business leaders.\nStrong understanding of talent management, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations and organizational change.\nGood understanding of Indian employment practices and labour regulations where the role supports India-based employees.\nExperience working in a matrixed or multinational organization would be preferred.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and turn it into meaningful business insights.\nStrong stakeholder management, coaching, influencing and communication skills.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
