Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nLead Instrumentation and Control engineering activities across FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction support, and commissioning phases.\nDeliver and review key engineering deliverables including instrument datasheets, specifications, instrument index, I/O lists, cable schedules, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, and material take-offs.\nDevelop and review instrumentation and control system designs including DCS, PLC, ESD/IPS, FGS, and machine monitoring systems.\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to Instrument Engineers and Designers to ensure quality and consistency of engineering deliverables within project schedule and budget requirement.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors, procurement, and construction personnel throughout project execution.\nSupport proposal development, engineering estimates, project planning, and technical bid evaluations.\nParticipate in design reviews, HAZOP workshops, constructability reviews, and client meetings as required.\nSupport site activities including surveys, troubleshooting, commissioning, startup, and field engineering support when required.\nEnsure all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, project requirements, and company procedures.\nDemonstrate a clear understanding of project change management and effectively apply the process to scope variations.\nWhat you will bring\nTechnical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:\n15+ years of Instrumentation and Control engineering experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, pipeline, offshore, or energy projects.\nProven experience delivering FEED and detailed engineering projects within EPC/EPCM environments.\nStrong technical knowledge of field instrumentation, control systems, DCS, PLC, ESD/IPS, FGS, and industrial communication systems.\nExtensive experience preparing and reviewing instrumentation deliverables and engineering documentation.\nDemonstrated experience leading engineering teams and coordinating multidisciplinary project activities.\nExperience working directly with clients, licensors, vendors, and construction contractors.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and schedule commitments.\nCommunicate ideas clearly and confidently in English, both verbally and through presentations.\nContinuously enhance knowledge through self-learning, take initiative in proposing new ideas, and challenge conventional thinking to drive innovation and improvement.\nHave the courage to provide constructive feedback and speak up about what is right and what is wrong.\nEducation - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:\nRequired:\nBachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related engineering discipline.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
