Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nPrimary Objectives / Responsibilities\nProvide strong HSSE leadership and promote a culture of safety, integrity, and operational excellence.\nLead the development and implementation of materials selection and corrosion management strategies for Oil & Gas projects.\nProvide technical leadership and guidance on materials engineering, corrosion control, and asset integrity throughout all project phases.\nEnsure engineering designs, specifications, and deliverables comply with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.\nLead, mentor, and develop engineering teams to achieve technical excellence and project objectives.\nSupport project delivery by optimizing materials performance, reliability, and lifecycle value.\nSpecific Accountabilities\nLead the selection, evaluation, and specification of materials for a wide range of operating conditions, including corrosive environments, high temperatures, and high-pressure systems.\nConduct technical reviews of specifications, engineering designs, and project deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.\nDevelop and implement corrosion mitigation programs, including coatings, cathodic protection systems, corrosion monitoring, and chemical treatment strategies.\nPerform failure analysis, corrosion assessments, risk evaluations, and lifecycle studies for equipment and facilities.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure technical alignment and integration across all project disciplines.\nMonitor project progress to ensure technical accuracy, schedule compliance, and cost-effective engineering solutions.\nPrepare and review technical reports, specifications, studies, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.\nEnsure implementation of corrosion monitoring and inspection programs throughout project execution and operational phases.\nSupport technical audits, quality assurance reviews, and compliance assessments related to materials and corrosion management.\nIdentify and mitigate materials and corrosion-related risks to support safe and reliable operations.\nProvide coaching, training, and technical mentoring to junior engineers and project personnel.\nEssential Skills and Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline.\nProfessional membership with a recognized international engineering institution.\nMinimum 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.\nMinimum 15 years of experience in Engineering Design, including Concept, FEED, EPCM, Detailed Design, and Operations.\nExtensive experience in materials engineering, corrosion control, and asset integrity management.\nStrong knowledge of material selection, corrosion mechanisms, coatings, cathodic protection, chemical treatment programs, and inspection technologies.\nExperience in conducting failure investigations, risk assessments, and lifecycle evaluations.\nProven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams within complex project environments.\nStrong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project execution activities.\nExperience working in multicultural and diverse project environments.\nExcellent technical reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience in Middle East Oil & Gas projects is preferred.\nDemonstrated commitment to HSSE leadership and quality management principles.\nExperience managing EPCM projects.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
