Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nPrimary Objectives / Responsibilities\nProvide strong HSSE leadership and promote a culture of safety, integrity, and operational excellence.\nLead pipeline engineering activities for multiple onshore Oil & Gas projects and provide technical leadership to pipeline engineering teams.\nDrive technical excellence and optimization throughout all project phases, including concept, FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.\nEnsure pipeline engineering deliverables comply with applicable codes, standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.\nProvide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to engineering teams to achieve project objectives and business goals.\nSupport project execution through innovation, continuous improvement, and effective engineering management practices.\nSpecific Accountabilities\nLead and manage pipeline engineering activities for onshore pipeline projects from concept through detailed design and project execution.\nPerform pipeline route selection, optimization studies, and feasibility assessments to achieve cost-effective solutions.\nDevelop pipeline sizing, hydraulic analysis, and engineering designs to meet operational and performance requirements.\nPrepare pipeline cost estimates and provide technical input for project budgeting and planning activities.\nProvide technical support during procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases.\nReview and approve pipeline engineering deliverables, calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities and ensure technical alignment across project disciplines.\nSupport project engineers in the preparation of design criteria, scopes of work, technical procedures, and contract documentation.\nManage engineering interfaces and coordinate activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.\nSupport proposal development and provide technical input for bid and tender submissions.\nFacilitate interdisciplinary coordination and resolution of technical challenges.\nManage and oversee engineering activities performed by workshare and remote execution teams.\nEnsure compliance with quality assurance requirements and project management procedures.\nPromote safe working practices and ensure adherence to HSSE requirements throughout project execution.\nMonitor engineering progress and ensure delivery within approved budgets and schedules.\nEssential Skills and Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution.\nProfessional membership with a recognized engineering institution is preferred.\nMinimum 18 years of pipeline engineering experience within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries.\nExtensive experience in FEED, Detailed Design, and execution of onshore pipeline projects.\nStrong knowledge of pipeline routing, hydraulic design, stress analysis, materials selection, and pipeline integrity management.\nExperience supporting pipeline construction, commissioning, and operational activities.\nProven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams within complex project environments.\nStrong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project execution activities.\nProficiency in pipeline engineering and stress analysis software, including CAESAR II or equivalent.\nStrong project management, planning, scheduling, and project controls capabilities.\nExcellent technical report writing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to manage interfaces with workshare and remote engineering execution centers.\nProven ability to work independently and deliver engineering solutions within demanding project schedules.\nExperience working in Middle East Oil & Gas project environments is preferred.\nExperience with offshore pipeline engineering activities would be considered an advantage.\nDemonstrated commitment to HSSE leadership and quality management principles.\nExperience managing EPCM projects.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
