participate in peer reviews;\nEnsures recognised onshore & offshore engineering practices applicable to process design are adopted within the discipline.\nTechnical direction, advice and control of the process work.\nProject Execution\nParticipate in project execution strategy and planning.\nKnows the project and discipline scope/cost/time requirements, ensures the team to meets the expectations, and liaises with other disciplines to ensure project success.\nEncourages innovative solutions, technology advances, and methods to effectively deal with working out of sequence.\nSupports management of project change and progressing for the discipline and works with the Project Management Team to take corrective actions regarding any issues, staffing requirements, scope changes, progressing, or other events that could\naffect project completion and/or profitability.\nCollaborates with project team in review of project documentation such as proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules\nLeads weekly process discipline meetings, reviews progress reports and required checking procedures.\nInitiate, manage and supervise engineering assignments on projects that meet project requirements on time and within budget.\nOrganise and manage all aspects of the workload of a team of process discipline engineers and designers, within the parameters of a project schedule.\nUnderstands and applies the Project Execution Plan (PEP) requirements - make-up and application (including the Engineering Plan).\nProject Deliverables\nReviews data from multiple sources and prepares engineering studies, analyses, calculations, and recommend actions.\nCrafts recommendations and reviews final documentation prior to customer approval.\nDetermines technical issues, defines alternate solutions, establishes pros/cons for multiple solutions, and makes recommendations through official project documents such as technical queries, technical deviations, etc.\nEstablish a list of discipline deliverables. Controls, monitors and progresses these deliverables to an agreed schedule.\nReviews final documentation incorporating all relevant information and pursues customer approval.\nEnsure all Process engineering work on the projects assigned to him is carried out within established budgets and schedules\nLead the production of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reports.\nFocuses team on achievement of milestones and other key project objectives.\nProcurement Support\nParticipates in bid clarifications, conducts bid evaluations, completes interdiscipline vendor information review and approval, and finalizes other certification activities.\nProvide advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.\nWorley, Vision, Purpose & Values\nUnderstands and communicates Worley’ vision and strategy and translates the strategy into practical goals and objectives for people in his/her team.\nQuality Assurance\nResponsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance systems.\nWork with project managers/project engineers to ensure all projects are set up and executed in full compliance with all the requirements of the Worley Project Management Process (WPMP) and General Management System (EMS) using consistent approaches, Work Breakdown Structures, work methodologies and reporting systems.\nMonitors the closure of all identified risks and opportunities.\nSafety\nResponsible for personal safety safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.\nPromoting health, safety and environmental awareness.\nJob Specific Knowledge:\nDemonstrate a visible and active commitment to HSE management and its associated requirements in a project environment\nExtensive knowledge of ADEK sIP ͬ sAP Assurance processes, API Standards (API-520, API-521, API-14C, API-14E) and statutory and regulatory requirements and a good understanding of onshore and offshore engineering practices applicable to process design for offshore oil and gas facilities.\nExperience in various phases of project life cycle with particular skills in Feasibility and Conceptual Engineering, field development and adequacy studies.\nExperience in processing of highly sour production fluids with extensive offshore engineering experience.\nExperience of Option Selection Studies and leading debottlenecking and revamp projects. Experience of Field Development Studies. Experience with a recognised front end engineering consultancy would be an advantage.\nExcellent report writing and communication skills.\nExtensive knowledge of process simulation packages such as HYSYS, PROII, Flarenet.
