document reviews, technical bid evaluations, and integration with offshore construction requirements.\nSupports offshore construction, hook-up, commissioning, and handover readiness from an engineering perspective.\nCommercial & Financial Acumen\nApplies in-depth understanding of customer contracts and ADNOC commercial frameworks.\nSupports project cost control by tracking engineering deliverables, quantities, and productivity trends.\nUnderstands offshore cost buildup and gross margin impacts.\nForecasts cost and schedule impacts of engineering changes and offshore execution risks.\nEnsures robust change management and variation control processes are applied during detailed engineering.\nExecution Planning & Performance\nTranslates contract and proposal commitments into executable offshore detailed engineering scope.\nOversees development and maintenance of project schedules and engineering resource plans.\nDrives disciplined execution through progress monitoring, reviews, and corrective action plans.\nEnsures effective multi-office workshare execution and interface coordination.\nReviews Project Control Reports and proactively addresses offshore-specific project proposals, technical reports, and progress updates.\nServes as senior technical interface with ADNOC and project stakeholders.\nDrives cross-discipline, cross-location collaboration and clear communication channels.\nEnsures stakeholders are informed of project status, risks, and mitigation plans.\nResolves technical and execution conflicts decisively.\nCustomer & Stakeholder Management\nEstablishes and maintains trusted relationships with ADNOC and key offshore stakeholders.\nUnderstands customer KPIs and aligns engineering execution accordingly.\nManages stakeholder expectations through clear communication and transparent reporting.\nInterfaces with external vendors, contractors, and offshore service providers effectively.\nRisk & Opportunity Management\nLeads identification and management of offshore engineering risks and opportunities.\nEnsures compliance with Worley risk management procedures.\nMaintains and reviews a live project risk register with mitigation and contingency plans.\nUses risk register outputs to inform project contingency and decision-making.\nExperience Profile (Implicit for Principal Level)\nExtensive experience in offshore detailed engineering projects.\nStrong background in wellhead platforms and topside facilities.\nProven leadership on large, complex, multi-office offshore projects.\nDemonstrated ADNOC or equivalent offshore oil & gas experience preferred.\nQualifications & Job-Specific Knowledge\nUniversity degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, with professional registration in local jurisdiction.\nProfessional registration in local jurisdiction and/or Certified Project Management Professional from a globally recognized body (IPMA, APM, PMI, AIPM).\nExtensive experience in Offshore EPCM / EPC projects, including offshore detailed engineering and site assignments.\nProven experience working in multi-cultural and multi-national offshore project environments.\nAdvanced understanding of Worley Management Systems, knowledge systems, engineering processes, tools, and governance requirements, with the ability to guide others and resolve complex system/process issues.\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint, with strong ability to organize, consolidate, and retain technical and project information in line with prescribed formats and policies.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Access and Visio to support offshore engineering data, interfaces, and reporting.\nStrong understanding of offshore detailed engineering requirements, including wellhead platforms, topsides, and offshore facilities, and their integration with procurement, construction, hook-up, and commissioning activities.\nDecision Making\nMakes independent, authoritative decisions on complex offshore engineering and execution matters within established corporate and client frameworks.\nSets priorities and resolves issues considering HSE, technical integrity, cost, schedule, and offshore execution risks.\nEvaluates options and trade-offs and makes informed recommendations aligned with contract, project objectives, and ADNOC
