Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.\nPurpose:\nManage and coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure projects are executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.\nAct as primary technical co-ordination interface with client to ensure that the client's expectations are satisfied.\nEnsure the project conforms to the client's approved Basis of Design and all applicable regulatory and code requirements.\nResponsibilities:\nHSE Management\nMaintains HSE focus within the team to ensure OHSE requirements included in design and procurement.\nClient Relationships\nEstablish, maintain and build healthy client relationships.\nProactively resolve performance, scope and schedule issues with the Client as they arise.\nIdentify, document, communicate and meet the client's requirements.\nCommercial Management\nEffectively manage assigned budgets within WorleyParsons' total scope.\nScope Management\nCompliance with WPMP and Project Execution Plan.\nCompliance with requirements of the contract.\nEffective change control process application\nTime Management\nContribute to the development of overall project schedule.\nSupervise work in accordance with the approved schedule\nCost Control\nMonitor cost aspects of the project within direct control and forecast final costs, identify trends and take action to avoid cost overruns.\nQuality Management\nContribute to compliance with WorleyParsons policies and procedures.\nUtilise, as appropriate, strong working knowledge of WorleyParsons engineering and procurement systems and procedures.\nTeam Management\nFocuses team on achievement of milestones and other key project objectives.\nListens to the team, discusses the issues, resolves problems and directs activities to remove roadblocks and achieve objectives.\nCommunications Management\nRegularly provide clear reports to project management.\nEffective communication with the design team and third parties.\nAccurate, timely and effective reporting to the Project Manager.\nRisk Management\nMonitor the closure of all identified risks and opportunities.\nDesign Management\nSet clear objectives to the design team, including achieving productivity and budget targets.\nEnsure the design team aware of, and complies with, client's Basis of Design and application regulations and codes.\nManages inter-discipline interfaces effectively.\nProcurement/Subcontracts Management\nAssess procurement processes throughout the project to ensure goods meet specification, are delivered on time and are within budget.\nWhat you will bring\nTechnical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:\nSubstantial technical, practical and leadership experience in the relevant discipline and proven experience in project engineering on smaller projects, with associated commercial and contractual experience.\nEducation - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:\nRequired:\nA recognized engineering degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent.\nPrevious experience on combined cycle power plant projects is required.\nPreferred:\nProfessional Engineer (PE) status.\nEligible for Certified Practicing Project Practitioner (CPPP) certification or equivalent.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
