This role will support the growth of our UAE consulting business, with a particular focus on key national energy operator and other major energy-sector clients. The work will cover complex consulting and early-phase development assignments, with an emphasis on gas processing, integrated gas developments and high-end technical advisory support.\nWhat we offer you:\nThis is a senior l leadership role within our EMEA consulting practice, combining recognised gas-processing expertise with trusted client advisory, consulting delivery and business development.\nYou will have the opportunity to act as a senior adviser to major energy clients, shape and lead technically complex consulting engagements, and develop differentiated solutions to significant development challenges.\nThe role provides the autonomy to originate new opportunities, strengthen key client relationships, develop Worley’s gas-processing consulting capability and mentor the next generation of consultants, with scope to build a specialist practice or wider consulting business.\nResponsibilities and Key Accountabilities:\nAct as a senior technical adviser to major energy clients.\nProvide recognised subject matter expertise in gas processing and associated facilities.\nLead resolution of complex technical and development challenges and shape technically and commercially differentiated solutions.\nLead high-value feasibility, concept selection, optimisation, troubleshooting and strategic technical advisory assignments.\nLead senior-level technical workshops, peer reviews, assurance activities and decision forums.\nDevelop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and translate emerging client challenges into consulting opportunities.\nOriginate, shape and help win new consulting work, including proposals, pitches, scopes of work and study strategies.\nConnect Worley capabilities across Consulting, engineering and specialist disciplines to address client needs.\nProvide expert review and challenge on technically complex studies and promote high-quality consulting methodologies and deliverables.\nMentor and develop consultants and engineers and contribute to intellectual capital and differentiated technical offerings.\nQualifications:\nThe following are preferred:\n18+ years of relevant industry experience, with deep gas-processing expertise and a demonstrated track record in senior client advisory, consulting and business development roles.\nRecognised subject matter expertise in one or more areas of gas treatment, processing, NGL recovery or associated facilities.\nSubstantial front-end development and consulting experience across the oil and gas industry.\nA strong track record working with major national energy companies or Middle East operators, with credibility at senior technical and project levels.\nDemonstrated capability as a doer-seller, combining personal technical delivery with client development and work winning.\nStrong commercial judgement, communication, facilitation and influencing skills.\nPreferred Qualifications/Requirements:\nDegree in Chemical/Process Engineering or a closely related discipline.
