Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nThe Role\nAs a Process Engineer Level II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. \nManage process engineering services that meet Worley', its customers' and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.\n\nManage process engineering project requirements.\n\nPerform Conceptual / Basic, FEED, and Detailed design as per design basis, project specifications, design codes, and standards.\n\nApply in-depth skills and broad knowledge of the business to address complex problems and nonstandard situations.\n\nPrepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses including design reports and - procedures.\n\nManage own time to meet objectives and forecast and plan resource requirements.\n\nAct as the process engineering Sub-Lead on Large Projects.\n\nProactively resolve any discrepancies between Worley and its Customer's requirements.\n\nKeep up to date with the latest developments and technical innovations in process engineering.\n\nAdditional Responsibilities:\nAssist and support junior personnel within the process engineering team.\n\nCommunicate effectively with the process engineering team and project stakeholders, including the Customer.\n\nIdentify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance when required.\n\nInterface with other departments to obtain input for Discipline designs and drawings.\n\nMaintain close coordination with other engineering disciplines, Planning, and Project Management Teams, as required.\n\nProvide technical direction and review of Designers producing products related to Process Engineering.\n\nPrepare and review design reports and procedures.\n\nResponsible for checking the following key deliverables, applicable as per the Project scope:\n\nProcess simulations / Heat and material balances.\nProcess flow diagrams (PFD).\n\nPiping and instrument diagrams (P&ID).\n\nEquipment and instrument process datasheets.\n\nProcess specifications.\n\nOperating philosophy and startup and operating manuals.\n\nEquipment list & Line list.\n\nEquipment and line sizing calculations.\n\nFlare radiation and dispersion calculations.\n\nDepressurization and flare network studies.\n\nProcess studies.\n\nAssist in closing out HAZOP action items.\n\nAbout You\nTo be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:\nA recognized Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent.\n\nA recognized Degree in the Chemical Engineering discipline or equivalent.\n\nMinimum 10+ years’ experience in Process design Upstream / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery and Chemical projects.\n\nSoftware Proficiency: Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite / Hysys, FlareNET, Aspen Plus, PipeNET, Pro II, Unisim\n\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
