This role is responsible for coordinating Supply Chain activities related to Project procurement to ensure efficient support of the Project Supply Chain team.\nThe successful candidate will be a highly organized professional with strong Supply Chain administration experience, advanced systems knowledge, and the ability to work independently while supporting internal stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the Supply Chain Project team by coordinating activities in accordance with company procedures.\n\nAssist with the preparation of Supply Chain documentation.\n\nReview, code, and process supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment. Including follow up with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any errors.\n\nMaintain Supply Chain records, databases, and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.\n\nPrepare reports, summaries, and status updates related to Supply Chain as required.\n\nPerform administrative and coordination tasks requiring sound judgment and a strong understanding of procurement processes.\n\nMaintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable procurement standards.\n\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
