Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nCore Responsibilities\nYou will be responsible for……\nLeading complex project billing activities: Manage billing for large, complex projects or multiple billing requirements within smaller locations, ensuring deliverables are accurate, complete, and submitted in line with contractual requirements, project schedules, and established procedures.\nMaintaining billing accuracy and integrity: Review billing data, supporting documentation, calculations, and relevant project information to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain reliable financial records.\nApplying advanced billing system expertise: Use a strong understanding of project billing systems, tools, and workflows to manage complex assignments, investigate system issues, and support the effective use of billing technology.\nSupporting project financial performance: Work collaboratively with project management, finance, commercial, and other relevant teams to clarify billing requirements, address outstanding items, and help minimize billing delays and avoidable rework.\nResolving complex billing challenges: Apply independent judgment, analytical thinking, and established policies to assess difficult or unusual situations, determine appropriate courses of action, and recommend practical solutions.\nProviding technical leadership and guidance: Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge, explaining procedures, and providing day-to-day direction to a small team of less experienced colleagues where required. Review completed work, support consistent practices, and help build team capability.\nStrengthening processes and controls: Identify opportunities to improve billing workflows, documentation, quality checks, and internal controls. Contribute to the development and implementation of improved processes, tools, and systems where appropriate.\nMonitoring billing deliverables: Track billing progress, identify potential delays or risks, and communicate priorities and outstanding issues to relevant stakeholders to support timely resolution.\nCommunicating with confidence and clarity: Explain complex billing matters, present findings, and influence stakeholders using sound reasoning, accurate information, and a pragmatic approach.
