Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nJob Purpose:\nA Project control Manager to Perform the project control function including project planning, cost control for the Project as per Project Execution Plan working closely with Project Manager.\nThe Project Controls Manager shall oversee all project control activities and provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to all Project Controls team members to ensure effective project planning, monitoring, reporting, and control to the project.\nAnalyse and perform project planning, scheduling and monitoring for the Project to ensure completion of Project to the required safety, quality, schedule and cost.\nKey Accountabilities:\nProject Control:\nEnsure baseline schedule follow-up and monitoring, performance reporting, baseline change control assessment, risk management, earned value management guidance and tools.\nAdvice and consult on the application of effective planning techniques and controls (earned value, cost and schedule variance, estimates at completion, critical path analysis)\nSupport program integration, governance, formats, plan optimization, and project controls best practices.\nSupport and advise on the definition of Project Controls and Earned Value Management policies, procedures and the standards required to deliver projects.\nInvolve actively in the development of integrated project schedule for project that reflect all interface milestones, availability and need dates of feedstock, offsite and utilities and activity durations from multiple contractors’ schedules and assess changes to the integrated schedule.\nMonitor and control program compliance in respect of the project contractual obligations. \nEnsure contract, procurement, planning and scheduling activities within the project is performed as per Company requirements.\nSupport the PCM on all contractual and commercial issues to maintain company’s interests.\nCoordinate and attend internal/external project reviews and other meetings, as necessary.\nKeep up to date with and adhere to Company and project related procedures.\nEnsure deliverables are delivered and that these are flagged to the PCM.\nGenerate weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, provide details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.\nEnsure that project controls processes are consistently applied across the project.\nManage governance to ensure robust cost and schedule performance for the agreed Scope of Work across integrated programs managed across multiple parties.\nSupport and advise on the definition of Project Controls and Management policies, procedures and the standards required to deliver projects\nWork closely with the Senior Project Manager and other discipline Mangers to maximize the potential of the project.\nManage and guide the review of Project Baseline Schedule to ensure compliance with the Contract Schedule requirements and the overall Project schedule.\nInstruct various reviews/analyses of the Project Schedule and the generation of special reports highlighting areas of slippage, concerns and forecasts.\nManage and guide the process of Progress Certification and Invoice Payment under the Contract.\nEnsure appropriate certificates are generated and maintained for the Project denoting approval of various Milestones and Completion Activities.\nInternal Control:\nDevelop and improve the project control procedures, systems and tools. Continuously work with the Project Management Teams to seek improvement opportunities and incorporate them in the standard ways of Project Controls.\nBe an active advocate of the project controls principles for better management of project operations.\nAspects in enriching the desired culture through his / her internal and external communications.\nQualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:\n Minimum Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable and recognized university.\n20+ years of project experience, working in the oil & gas industry with previous knowledge of preparing and implementing project plans, schedules and cost control.\nA bachelor’s degree in any/relevant Engineering from an accredited university with minimum twenty (20+) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region.\nMust have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position for international Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.\nExtensive Experience in Offshore Project is required.\nADNOC project experience is required.\nPMC experience is required.\n\nProfessional Certifications:Preferred but not mandatory to have PMP, CCP.\n\nTechnical Competencies:\nProject control (Planning, scheduling, monitoring and control) skills.\nFull understanding of schedule, cost and risk analysis tools and techniques.\nTechnical understanding and proficient knowledge related to Oil & Gas business.\nPlanning and implementation skills.\nDetailed knowledge of principles, policies, procedures, and internal processes pertaining to project control transactions.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
