Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nPrimary Objectives / Responsibilities\nOversee the development of engineering deliverables necessary for the successful implementation of projects executed under EPCM contracts.\nDesign and develop innovative technical approaches to complex engineering challenges and contribute to continuous business improvement initiatives.\nDevelop and lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development.\nDrive work methods, processes, and systems that ensure engineering and design deliverables are completed to the required quality standards, within agreed schedules and budgets.\nProvide clear communication and coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, and other project stakeholders.\nDrive continuous improvement in engineering effectiveness and efficiency through elimination, simplification, standardization, and automation while maintaining high-quality engineering and design outcomes.\nSpecific Accountabilities\n·Ensure safe engineering and design practices are applied throughout project execution.\n·Ensure overall technical integrity and safe design principles are maintained across all projects.\n·Ensure engineering team members fulfill their responsibilities related to safety, quality, and technical compliance.\n·Coordinate multi-discipline engineering activities and resolve inter-discipline issues and conflicts.\n·Implement and maintain engineering change management processes.\n·Coordinate technical and peer reviews of engineering deliverables.\n·Identify requirements for specialist technical support and engage subject matter experts as needed.\n·Manage interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and other project stakeholders.\n·Monitor engineering progress and ensure alignment with project objectives, schedules, and budgets.\n·Support project risk management activities by identifying and mitigating engineering-related risks.\n·Promote lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering team.\nEssential Skills and Experience\nMinimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas Design and Engineering.\nExperience performing as a professional engineer for projects and plant modifications from Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) through execution, commissioning, and start-up.\nMinimum 5-10 years of experience as an Engineering Manager leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in Brownfield Oil & Gas project delivery environments.\nProven experience managing engineering activities across multiple disciplines within complex project execution environments.\nExperience in the Middle East is an advantage.\nExperience in front-end engineering, detailed design, project execution, commissioning, and start-up.\nStrong project management and leadership experience.\nExperience managing engineering support for procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.\nExperience managing EPCM projects.\nRequired Competencies\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.\nProfessional Engineering status or equivalent professional registration.\nProven leadership skills and strong personal drive to achieve project objectives and deadlines.\nDemonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nTeam player with clear evidence of collaborating effectively to achieve business goals.\nAbility to work and manage in a multicultural environment.\nStrong commitment to HSSE leadership and experience managing HSSE requirements throughout all project phases.\nDemonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and design activities within the Oil & Gas industry.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
