Ensure compliance with Worley Management System requirements and customer specifications.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead engineering execution for Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Design, EPCM and EPC projects.\nManage engineering scope, schedule, budget, resources and technical quality.\nCoordinate interfaces between disciplines, licensors, vendors, customers and execution centers.\nLead design reviews, technical assurance, risk management and change management activities.\nSupport project delivery, customer engagement and business development activities.\nMandatory Experience\nMinimum 15 years of engineering experience.\nMinimum 10 years' experience on refinery and petrochemical projects.\nProven experience as Engineering Manager, Project Engineering Manager or Engineering Lead on major refinery and petrochemical facilities.\nExperience in FEED, Detailed Design, EPCM and/or EPC project delivery.\nDemonstrated leadership of multi-discipline engineering teams.\nEssential Skills\nEngineering Management\nTechnical Assurance\nInterface Management\nRisk & Change Management\nTeam Leadership\nCustomer & Stakeholder Management\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering.\nChartered Engineer or equivalent preferred.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
