Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nPrimary Objectives / Responsibilities\nProvide strong HSSE leadership and promote a culture of safety, integrity, and operational excellence.\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oil & Gas projects to achieve project objectives and business goals.\nProvide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and performance requirements.\nFoster collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure successful project outcomes.\nBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment of project objectives across all project stakeholders.\nSpecific Accountabilities\nManage all phases of project execution from initiation through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.\nMonitor project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary project teams and ensure effective communication across all project functions.\nTrack project performance against approved baselines and implement corrective actions where required.\nEnsure effective management of project interfaces between internal and external stakeholders.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.\nManage project resources and ensure effective utilization of personnel to meet project objectives.\nEnsure compliance with project procedures, contractual obligations, governance requirements, and quality standards.\nSupport commercial management activities, including change management, contract administration, and claims resolution.\nPrepare and present project progress reports, forecasts, and recommendations to project leadership and stakeholders.\nPromote continuous improvement and implementation of project delivery best practices.\nEssential Skills and Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.\nMinimum 15 years of engineering and project management experience.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in Construction Management/site supervision of power -generations projects, plus prior site -based experience on at least one utility -scale Wind or Solar project.\nProven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.\nDemonstrated commitment to HSSE leadership and management.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.\nComprehensive understanding of the technical, commercial, and execution risks associated with Oil & Gas projects.\nProven capability in managing project cost, schedule, resources, and overall project performance.\nStrong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project execution activities.\nDemonstrated capability in leading multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery teams.\nStrong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.\nProven experience in interface management and stakeholder coordination.\nEffective risk management and project resource management capabilities.\nUnderstanding of local content and value creation requirements within project environments.\nExperience managing resources within multicultural and diverse work environments.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
