Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nJob Purpose & Scope:\nEnsuring HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.\nSafe delivery and handover of the Project to the Owner, sustainably, safely, on time, within budget, ensuring that a quality product is produced that represents ‘best value’ for the Owner and their Stakeholders.\nResponsible for all management aspects, other than day-to-day work allocation and supervision, of the PMC group and the associated PMC Contracts and for appointing qualified, experienced Project personnel to deliver the work on time within the agreed cost plan, safely and to International Quality standards.\nTo ensure that PMC personnel are competent to perform their duties relating to the scope of work as identified in the Contract.\nTo provide leadership in the development and implementation of processes, procedures and systems utilized by the PMC.\nTo ensure the Project is adequately resourced with the correct disciplines and size to deliver the PMC to the requirements of the Contract.\nTo provide independent Project Management Consultancy services in coordination with PMC, to provide technical opinion, and advice related to short falls, recovery plans, minimizing potential risks and monitoring the Project progress alongside the PMC.\nPrincipal Accountabilities:\nChampion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.\nIdentifying, evaluating, and resolving Project Management issues during the early work phase and EPC / FEED phases of the Project.\nAct on behalf of and as authorized by Owner, on all matters with respect to the EPC / FEED Contractor and shall coordinate Project activities.\nRecord decisions and instructions from Owner in Project notes. If such decisions or instruction affect the cost of the work or Project Schedule, the Project Manager will approve/obtain Owner's approval before implementing the change. \nAttend the Project kick-off meeting to establish at the start of the Project the detailed Schedule and Project Procedures.\nAttend regular or as needed meetings at EPC / FEED Contractor’s Engineering offices and construction Site offices to discuss the progress of EPC / FEED Contractor’s Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities. \nEnsuring issuance of meeting agenda and minutes covering subjects discussed during meetings.\nAssist Owner in obtaining Statutory Approvals.\nEnsuring that the Project quality procedures are established maintained and implemented by the EPC / FEED Contractor.\nSafety and environmental - zero accidents and all environmental compliance.\nReview planning and monitor execution of the work.\nOwner relations:Primary point of contact for all activities\nDeliver expected value to the Owner\n\nProject scope, cost, and schedule control (the Project baseline):Review execution plan\nMake sure of common understanding of scope, cost schedule and budgets (measurement and control)\n\nContract administration:Ensure the common understanding of contract requirements\nTimely administration\nTimely records documentation for change control\n\nProblem anticipation, identification, and resolution.\nProject leadership and interface management.\nAlignment/integration/coordination of the Project team activities to achieve Project goals.\nReview Project communications plan, including:\nSchedule meeting updatesCost trend meetings\nCritical Items Action Reports\nProject status meetings\nProject correspondence\n\nManagement exporting and financial control (financial management).Monthly Progress Report\nProject Financial Status Report\nPeriodic cost and schedule forecasts\nFunctional oversight reviews\nMonitor Owner billings and collections\n\nOrganization and staffing of the Project:Project team: match the people to the role\nProject team DOR/accountability interfaces\n\nRisk assessment and management: ensure the identification and management of all Project risks.\nEnsure the Project objectives are met.\nEnsure that the requirements and the applicable HSSEQ Management systems are implemented for the Project.\nEnsure that all actions, works and services undertaken by EPC / FEED Contractor are in conformity with the.\nOwner’s objectives, requirements priorities, policies, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and guidelines provided from time to time.\nManage PMC services during early work phase and EPC / FEED Contractor in a manner that achieves a state of the art, quality installation meeting performance parameters within the cost and schedule targets set by Owner. \nEnsure that effective solutions in Engineering design are adopted while maintaining plant quality, constructability, operability and maintainability.\nCoordinate auditing activities of the EPC / FEED Contractor and ensure that the recommendations for improvement are implemented.\nManage and coordinate interface activities between the EPC / FEED Contractor, Owner as well as with outside third parties.\nEnsure that the Project is:Technically sound and optimally designed\nEngineered to appropriate standards and specifications\nMeeting required product specification\nMeeting Health, Safety and Environmental requirements of the Owner\n\nQualifications and Experience:\n4 years bachelor’s/ engineering degree.\nMinimum Overall 20+ years of oil & gas experience.\n5 years GCC experience.\nMust Have at least 5+ years of experience in similar position in Mega Oil& Gas Project.\nExperience within FEED & EPC experience Required.\nExperience in PMC roles.\nExperiences in Offshore projects required.\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering is a MUST.\nADNOC experience is preferrable. \nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
