Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nRole Purpose\nThe Project Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of projects, with accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder alignment. This role works closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure projects are executed in accordance with Worley standards and client expectations.\nRole Responsibilities\nProject Leadership and Execution\nManage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across all phases (FEED through detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning).\nDefine project scope, objectives, and execution strategies in alignment with client and internal requirements.\nAccountable for overall project performance, including schedule, cost, quality, and safety.\nCoordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams, including engineering, procurement, and project controls.\nEnsure project deliverables meet contractual requirements and Worley standards.\nCommercial Management and Project Controls\nDevelop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.\nMonitor project financial performance and implement corrective actions as required.\nSupport contract administration, including managing scope changes, variations, and commercial risks.\nContribute to accurate project reporting, including forecasting and earned value metrics.\n\nWork closely with project controls teams to manage scheduling, cost control, and progress measurement.\n\nEnsure timely and accurate reporting of project status, risks, and key performance indicators.\n\nSupport data-driven decision-making to maintain project performance\n\nHealth, Safety, Sustainability and Quality Leadership\nPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Worley’s HSE policies.\nSupport implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned activities.\nWhat you will bring\nExperience delivering engineering projects within oil & gas, energy, mining, or related sectors.\nProven experience managing small to medium-sized projects in an EPC/EPCM environment.\nSolid understanding of the full project lifecycle (FEED through execution and closeout).\nExperience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nWorking knowledge of project controls, including scheduling, cost control, and forecasting.\nStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\nRelevant experience in project engineering or project management roles.\nEducation and Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered an asset.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
