Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nProject Manager II, Worley Consulting Digital\nWorley Consulting Group\nEnglewood / Denver Colorado\nOverall Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities\nExecution of project scope to a defined budget and schedule; manages and documents change orders, seeking customer approval prior to changes.\n\nEnsures customer satisfaction with the agreed-upon deliverables.\n\nIs accountable for office and site safety for the project team.\n\nRecommends and selects the project team.\n\nManages mobilization to plan.\n\nAssures all team members have the appropriate tools and equipment.\n\nMentors Project Engineers and junior team members.\n\nIdentifies and provides any specialized knowledge and training for the project team.\n\nEvaluates team member performance.\n\nIdentifies opportunities to grow existing project scopes and expand service offerings.\n\nProactively seeks and develops new business opportunities within existing and adjacent markets.\n\nSupport the development of high-quality client proposals and bid documentation.\n\nActively contributes to the PMO through process improvement, knowledge sharing, and governance support.\n\nTravel as required for various field programs.\n\nQualifications\nA degree in either engineering or I&C, automation.\nOver 8 years’ experience managing projects or deploying advanced automation, instrumentation, and control in industrial settings.\nProven performance leading technical work as a Project Manager. \nDemonstrated capabilities to build relationships with customers and other stakeholders. \nStrong commercial acumen and experience in various commercial contracting models/risk profiles (Lump Sum/Fixed Price/Target Price/Reimbursable, etc.).\nProven experience in Waterfall and Agile project management.\nCompetent in MS Project, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint. \nExperience managing a portfolio of projects and working with clients for pull through work.\nMotivational leadership style and strong communication skills with ability to develop high performance culture. \nAbility to identify, quantify, and mitigate risks effectively through positive decision making.\nAbility to manage project change effectively with project team and clients. \nCapable of working with a diverse global project team working in an office and remotely. \nExperience working in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Renewables and Mining is an asset.\nMust be located or willing to commute on a regular basis to Denver, Colorado.\nWilling to travel an average of 25%.\nAdditional information:\nThe Project Manager, reporting to the Director, Business Operations & Execution, is responsible for leading and delivering digital projects across Canada, the US, and LATAM. These projects span key industries including Oil & Gas, mining, and other resource sectors, and are aligned with strategic business objectives and operational priorities.\nThis role involves managing all phases of project execution from planning and resourcing to delivery and closeout while ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards. The Project Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, and support vertical P&L outcomes through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.\nSuccess in this role requires strong project governance, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration across Worley Consulting and Base Business to develop integrated solutions. A key focus will be on expanding project scope, identifying opportunities for growth within existing engagements, and enhancing value delivery to clients.
