With millions of square meters of contaminated land successfully remediated, this project represents a globally significant effort in sustainable environmental recovery.\nThis is an opportunity to contribute to transforming impacted land into safe, productive ecosystems while leading complex engineering operations.\nWhat you'll do\nRemediation Project Leadership and Delivery\nLead the overall management, coordination, and oversight of assigned contaminated-soil remediation projects.\nTake accountability for project scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, contractor performance, and remediation outcomes.\nDevelop and implement project delivery strategies for assigned remediation areas and work packages.\nOversee the planning and delivery of site characterization, excavation, segregation, handling, transportation, treatment, containment, validation, and close-out activities.\nManage specialist remediation contractors and technical service providers on behalf of the Client.\nEnsure remediation activities are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and environmental requirements.\nConfirm that completed remediation work meets approved Remediation Target Criteria and project acceptance requirements.\nIdentify technical, environmental, operational, commercial, and delivery risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.\nCoordinate remediation activities with oil-field operations, access requirements, existing infrastructure, and other operational constraints.\nProvide accurate and timely reporting on project status, remediation quantities, treatment performance, schedule, costs, risks, and forecast outcomes.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nAct as the primary technical interface with the Client.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are consistently met.\nProactively resolve scope, schedule, and performance issues.\nHSE (Health, Safety & Environment)\nChampion a strong HSE culture across all project phases.\nEnsure OHSE requirements are embedded within design, procurement, and execution.\nScope & Contract Management\nEnsure compliance with the Worley Project Management Plan (WPMP) and contract requirements.\nImplement robust change control processes.\nSupport claims mitigation and management strategies.\nCost & Value Management\nMonitor project costs and forecast outcomes, taking proactive measures to prevent overruns.\nPromote Value Improving Practices (VIPs) to optimize capital efficiency.\nQuality Assurance\nEnsure adherence to Worley systems, policies, and procedures.\nMaintain strong oversight of engineering deliverables and quality standards.\nTeam Leadership\nLead and motivate multi-disciplinary and global teams.\nDrive achievement of milestones and key project objectives.\nWhat you'll have\nEducation: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university\nExperience:Minimum 15 years total experience\nMinimum 5 years in oil & gas / refinery / petrochemical industries\nMinimum 5 years in a similar Project Management role\n\nProven experience:Project-management experience delivering contaminated-land or contaminated-soil remediation projects.\nDelivering complex environmental/remediation projects\n\nDemonstrated expertise in:Soil remediation technologies and execution strategies\nEngineering and project management across full project lifecycle\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience managing substantial contaminated-soil volumes and multiple concurrent remediation work fronts.\nExperience in a Project Management Consultancy environment.\nExperience representing or supporting a client organization in the oversight of specialist remediation contractors.\nExperience coordinating remediation work within live or operational oil-field environments.\nExperience in Kuwait or elsewhere in the Middle East.\nAbout You\nYou are a proactive and results-driven leader with the ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams.
