Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nThe Role\nAs a Senior Architectural Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.\nLead and oversee architectural design projects from concept development through to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives, budget, and schedule. \nProvide expertise in industrial plant and non plant building design, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, data centers, and other industrial complexes. \nDevelop innovative and sustainable design solutions that optimize space utilization, operational efficiency, and user experience. \nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders. \nConduct site assessments and feasibility studies as required. And code reviews to inform design decisions and compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. \nPrepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). \nMentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues, design principles, and professional development. \nStay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and advancements in the architectural field, and incorporate relevant innovations into project designs. \nFoster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence within the architectural team and across project teams.\nAbout You\nTo be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.\nMinimum of 12+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on industrial buildings and diverse project types, preferably within a consulting or engineering firm. \nProfessional licensure as a Registered Architect with COA.\nProven track record of successfully delivering architectural projects of varying scale and complexity, with a strong portfolio showcasing design excellence and innovation. \nProficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit. \nSolid understanding of building codes and norms, regulations, and standards applicable to industrial buildings. \nExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels. \nStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions that meet client needs and project objectives.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
