Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.\nWorley is seeking a Senior CSA Engineer to provide senior-level technical leadership and project execution oversight for complex industrial and infrastructure projects. This is a highly visible, client-facing position responsible for coordinating and interfacing with Clients, Global Integrated Delivery (GID), and Home Office (HO) teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and commercially successful project delivery across the full project lifecycle.\nThis position will be based onsite at our Charleston, WV office.\nThis role is ideal for a experienced CSA leader who combines:\nTechnical expertise with structural emphasis.\nStrong communication skills (proficient in English language)\nSound commercial awareness\nAbility to guide and coordinate teams through complex engineering challenges\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership & Project Execution\nProvide senior technical leadership across CSA scope\nEnsure engineering deliverables meet Worley, client, and regulatory standards\nIncorporate relevant information into equipment and material specifications, data sheets, testing requirements, and material requisitions\nLead and support:Technical bid clarifications and evaluations\nVendor data reviews\nCertification activities\n\nReview and authorize work completed by engineers, designers, and specialists\nContribute to cost estimating and proposal development\nSupport project execution strategies\nClient, GID & Home Office Interface\nServe as primary CSA interface with Clients, GID, and HO teams\nLead technical coordination efforts and facilitate issue resolution\nRepresent Worley in discussions on complex technical matters\nBuild strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders\nMentor junior team members as appropriate\nSite Support & Constructability\nParticipate in constructability, operability, and maintainability reviews\nEnsure review outcomes are incorporated into engineering and design\nCollaborate with site personnel to resolve execution issues\nDevelop plans and documentation supporting:Construction\nTesting\nCommissioning\nOperations\nMaintenance\nHandover\n\nProvide on-site support during construction and commissioning as required\nLeadership & Team Development\nLead CSA teams, plan and coordinate work, and monitor progress\nEnsure quality deliverables are produced on time and within budget\nMentor and develop team members\nSupport performance management and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture\nDecision Making & Autonomy\nMake recommendations related to project execution strategy and CSA technical approaches\nCollaborate with project leadership and specialists on design alternatives\nOperate within approved budgets and schedules\nSeek appropriate approvals for any required deviations\nSupervision & Authority\nExercise professional judgment and self-directed leadership\nTypically lead a team of engineers, designers, and specialists\nCoordinate large multi-disciplinary teams as needed\nReview technical work for accuracy and completeness\nPlan and report on CSA project performance\nContribute to performance evaluations, staffing, and team development\nSystems, Tools & Ways of Working\nProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint\nNavigate internal systems and document management platforms effectively\nFunctional awareness of CSA discipline tools and cross-discipline, data-centric engineering environments\nExperience with Microsoft Access or Visio is a plus\nHealth, Safety & Sustainability\nDemonstrate hands-on leadership in HSE performance\nPromote Worley’s Safe and Sustainable Engineering principles throughout the asset lifecycle\nRole-model commitment to personal well-being and proactive HSE leadership\nPeople & Leadership Capabilities\nBuild strong, constructive working relationships and communicate clearly\nThrive in high-caliber, collaborative environments\nComfortable working across disciplines, offices, and delivery models\nResults-driven, accountable for high-quality outcomes\nNavigate complexity and ambiguity in technically challenging environments\nEssential\nBachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or related discipline\nActive Professional Engineer (PE) licensure where required by law\n10+ years of relevant CSA experience, including 3+ years in technical or project leadership\nStrong knowledge of codes, regulations, manufacturing standards, and industry best practices\nDemonstrated experience establishing discipline work processes, leading teams, delivering complex engineering packages, and supporting project closeout\nExperience with project estimating and technical proposal development\nFormal training in leadership and project execution\nDesirable\nTraining or experience in risk management and/or quality management\nExposure to procurement, construction execution, and field engineering activities\nStrong budgeting and cost control capability\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
