Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nJob Purpose\nThe Senior Construction Supervisor - Structural is responsible for supervising and coordinating structural construction activities for Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects, ensuring safe execution, quality compliance, and completion in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and ADNOC requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise day-to-day structural construction activities at site, including steel structures, pipe racks, equipment supports, platforms, buildings, foundations, and associated structural works.\nEnsure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, method statements, specifications, ITPs, and applicable codes and standards.\nMonitor contractor performance, manpower, equipment, productivity, and construction progress against the approved schedule.\nCoordinate structural interfaces with civil, piping, mechanical, E&I, construction, and engineering teams.\nReview construction drawings and identify site constraints, clashes, constructability issues, and technical discrepancies.\nSupervise structural steel erection, alignment, bolting, welding, grouting, modification, and reinstatement activities.\nCoordinate with QA/QC for inspections, RFIs, punch-list clearance, NCR resolution, and construction completion documentation.\nEnsure contractors comply with project HSE requirements, PTW procedures, lifting plans, working-at-height requirements, and approved construction methods.\nCoordinate material availability and ensure proper handling, storage, identification, and utilization of structural materials.\nMonitor subcontractor activities and ensure adequate resources are deployed to meet project milestones.\nParticipate in daily/weekly construction meetings and provide progress updates, constraints, and recovery requirements.\nSupport mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, system handover, and final punch-list closeout.\nEnsure proper maintenance of construction records, inspection documentation, red-line drawings, and as-built information.\nQualifications & Experience\nDiploma in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institute.\nMinimum of fifteen (15+) years (12 years for UAE Nationals) of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry including minimum five (5) years in GCC region. \nSpecific experience or qualification or training or technical certificate shall be provided if required and as applicable. \nMust have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position for major oil & gas / Marine Construction projects \nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
