Digital Solutions Consultant with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.\nData Quality and governance\nDesign, implement and continuously improve the enterprise Data Quality Framework, including standards, control patterns, rule lifecycle, scorecards, thresholds, exceptions and continuous improvement.\nDefine and operationalise quality dimensions including accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness, validity and integrity.\nPartner with Data Owners and Data Stewards to identify Critical Data Elements, define rules and thresholds, assign accountability and agree remediation processes.\nConduct profiling, anomaly detection, reconciliation, trend analysis and root-cause investigation across source, transformation and consumption layers.\nDevelop dashboards and scorecards covering quality KPIs, failed controls, recurring defects, ageing issues and remediation progress.\nMaintain traceability between requirements, data assets, rules, findings, issues, lineage and remediation evidence.\nCollibra responsibilities\nConfigure and operate Collibra Data Quality datasets, jobs, profiling, rules, findings, schedules, scorecards, thresholds and alerts.\nUse Collibra Data Intelligence to connect business terms, technical assets, ownership, policies, quality rules, issues and end-to-end lineage.\nIntegrate AWS metadata and quality outcomes with Collibra using Edge capabilities, connectors, REST APIs and supported integration patterns.\nModel and maintain communities, domains, assets, attributes, relations and responsibilities.\nDevelop or enhance workflows for rule approval, issue triage, ownership assignment, remediation, exception approval and closure.\nPublish quality scores and issue status to governed assets so consumers can assess fitness for use.\nAWS and data engineering responsibilities\nEmbed preventive and detective controls into ingestion, transformation and publishing pipelines using Amazon S3, AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, AWS Lambda, Amazon Athena and Amazon CloudWatch.\nDevelop reusable SQL and Python components for profiling, validation, reconciliation, anomaly detection and control automation.\nImplement logging, observability, alert routing, retry and failure-handling patterns.\nApply IAM roles, least privilege, secrets management, encryption and approved network controls.\nOptimise rules and queries for performance, cost and maintainability across large datasets.\nContribute to Git-based version control, automated testing, CI/CD, documentation and release management.\nStakeholder engagement\nTranslate business requirements and data risks into measurable technical controls and operating procedures.\nFacilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders and communicate trends, risks, recommendations and improvement plans.\nPartner with Architecture, Governance, Security and Data Platform teams to align delivery with enterprise standards.\nAbout You\nTo be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:\nRequired experience and capabilities\n8+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Engineering, Analytics or Enterprise Data Management.\nDemonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise Data Quality frameworks.\nHands-on experience with Collibra Data Quality and Collibra Data Intelligence Platform.\nStrong knowledge of metadata management, business glossaries, lineage, stewardship and governance processes.\nAdvanced SQL and strong Python skills for profiling, reconciliation, automation and troubleshooting.\nHands-on knowledge of AWS data services, particularly S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, Athena, CloudWatch, Glue Data Catalog and IAM.\nExperience with ETL/ELT, data modelling, data warehousing and modern cloud data architectures.\nExperience with Agile delivery, Git, code review, automated testing and CI/CD.\nStrong analytical, facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and drive data quality issues through to verified closure.\nDesirable experience and qualifications\nExperience with Collibra Edge, REST APIs, workflow automation, Groovy or Flowable-based development and metadata ingestion patterns.\nKnowledge of AWS Lake Formation and event-driven integration patterns.\nExperience in EPCM or project-based domains including engineering, procurement, construction, project controls or finance.\nUnderstanding of DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, ISO 8000, privacy, security and records-management principles.\nCollibra certification in Data Quality, Data Stewardship, Workflow, Integration or Solution Architecture.\nAWS Certified Data Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Certified Data Management Professional certification.\nEducation - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training\nBachelor’s
