Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nThe Role\nAs a Senior Field Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.\nReview the ‘Issued for Construction’ drawings. Request for clarifications, if required, as per established procedure of the project site \nCollaborate with the Planning Engineer/Team at project site for developing the construction schedule for the respective discipline. \nUnderstand the requirements specified in the contract agreement of the contractors for respective discipline. \nAssist in review/approval of the Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan of the contractors. \nCollaborate with the contractors for development of the detailed construction schedule/review the construction schedule, resource status submitted by contractors. \nReview JHAs, method statements and lifting plan (if applicable) \nSupervise for safety to maintain a safe workplace. Carry out inspections of activities performed by the contractors to confirm compliance to Field HSE Specification \nCarry out stage wise inspection of works performed by the contractor based on the approved quality plan and maintain necessary documentation for the inspections performed. \nParticipate in site walk rounds and quality audits. \nMaintain status of front availability and monitor work progress as compared to the approved schedule and highlight deficiencies to the contractor through formal communications.\nAdditional responsibilities\nParticipate in review meetings with Contractors, if required \nReview and certify the interim and final measurement records submitted by the contractors. \nCoordinate with the Contractors for submission of ‘As Built’ mark ups and review of the same \nAbout You\nTo be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:\nKnowledge of quality control, safe ways of working, resource requirement, sequence of activities, and supervision of construction activities for the respective discipline. Aware of the requirements of various applicable standards (Indian Standards, ASME etc.) for the respective discipline \nMinimum 7 years of experience for Graduate Engineers/10 years of experience for Diploma Engineers. Experience of working in Oil & Gas Sector and Chemicals \nGraduate in Engineering/Diploma in Engineering in respective discipline\nHSE Capability: Knowledge\nProficient in MS Office \nTeam Player, interpersonal skills\nAdaptable, open towards learning and development, person of integrity of safe methods of execution of construction activities for the respective discipline\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
