This role plays a key part in improving asset performance, enhancing reliability and ensuring maintenance systems are configured to support long-term operational success.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview engineering and supplier documentation, including Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Piping documentation, to ensure all required data is captured to support maintenance builds and material cataloguing.\nConduct equipment criticality assessments to determine appropriate maintenance requirements and Bills of Materials (BOMs).\nIdentify preventive maintenance routines and tasks to support maintenance strategies and develop or update maintenance work instructions as required.\nDevelop maintenance strategies for a range of equipment classes and review existing strategies against performance standards, regulatory requirements, company standards and guidelines, while identifying opportunities for reliability improvement and optimisation.\nIdentify and manage spare parts requirements, including critical spares, coordinate SPIR activities and ensure inventory levels support asset reliability.\nSupport material management and supply chain teams in maintaining appropriate inventory levels.\nUndertake reliability engineering, maintenance planning and scheduling activities in accordance with project requirements.\nPrepare maintenance and material master data within CMMS platforms in accordance with client standards and industry best practice.\nProvide leadership and technical support to operations and maintenance teams, maintaining strong communication around safety, production, cost and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPrepare cost, time and resource estimates (CTRs) and manage project delivery within budget and schedule requirements.\nDevelop and maintain positive relationships with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.\nAbout You\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.\nMinimum 8 years' relevant industry experience.\nEligible for membership with Engineers Australia.\nDemonstrated experience in Maintenance Engineering within the energy, chemicals, resources, oil & gas or related sectors.\nStrong experience with SAP, CMMS platforms, Master Data Management, Reliability Engineering, FMECA, RCA and RCM methodologies.\nWorking knowledge of process safety requirements and Australian and international engineering standards.\nExperience developing and maintaining maintenance strategies and master data within CMMS environments.\nExtensive experience in maintenance strategy development, operational readiness, maintenance engineering and reliability improvement.\nStrong stakeholder engagement, communication and project management skills.\nWhy Worley?\nFlexible and hybrid working arrangements.\nPaid parental leave.\nPurchased leave scheme.\nSalary packaging options, including novated leases, personal electronic devices and EV subscriptions.\nSalary continuance insurance.\nProfessional membership reimbursement.\nEmployee discounts on health insurance, gyms, accommodation and car hire.\nRecognition and rewards through Worley's Appreciate program.\nProfessional development, technical training and career growth opportunities.\nAbout Us\nWorley is a global professional services company of energy, chemicals and resources experts.
