Involved in networking, strategic alliancing, and cost savings efforts.\nStewards the maintenance of pricing records reflecting the effort to complete discipline activities.\nSupport proposals by developing the engineering execution strategy, reviewing costs, writing proposal content, and presenting to customers. May be called upon to lead part or all of a proposal.\nParticipates in budgeting and manage engineering operations to the budget.\nControls engineering staffing levels, organizational structure, and monitors project discipline structures.\nSupport business growth strategy by designing and leading the execution of technical capability development plans which could include strategic hiring, internal or external training.\nSupports engineering software selection process. Administers engineering software licensing and costs.\nCreates and maintains engineering guidelines.\nEnsures mentoring/training requirements are met. Manages the engineering group performance review process.\nContributes to dispute resolution efforts.\nEnsures cross-area and cross-discipline technical work and activities are executed as per Worley’s management system and meet all health, safety, environmental, and security requirements.\nHas a strong understanding of EPC/EPCM environment work, interfaces, and sequencing.\nStrong experience on GID based projects engineering delivery\nWell versed in engineering governance, project execution, and risk management.\nSkilled in estimating project costs and writing proposal content. Adept at budgeting and cost control\nFacilitates meeting project requirements through the use of engineering guidelines, programs, and management of the resources allocated to projects.\nMay participate in project execution strategy and planning.\nDrives innovative solutions, technology advances, and methods to effectively deal with working out of sequence.\nMay work with Project Management Teams to take corrective actions regarding any issues, staffing requirements, scope changes, progressing, or other events that could affect project completion and/or profitability.\nReviews and authorizes work done by Discipline Managers.\nExperience in project management, risk management, quality, procurement, or construction execution.\nExperience on at least 4 of the following sectors: O&G (upstream), Petrochemical, LNG, Power, Hard rock mining, Nuclear\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
