Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nRole Purpose\nReporting functionally to the Supply Chain Director, the Senior Supply Chain Manager leads the delivery of integrated supply chain activities from planning and strategy development through execution, operational readiness, and closeout. The role translates business objectives into executable procurement and contracting plans, protects cost, schedule and service outcomes, and ensures equipment, materials, services and supplier information are available when required to support organizational priorities.\nKey Accountabilities\nOwn the supply chain execution plan, sourcing pipeline, procurement schedule, risk register, performance metrics and team workload.\nAssess and manage supply chain risk across suppliers, contractors, markets, capacity, lead times, logistics and commercial interfaces; implement mitigation and contingency plans, monitor emerging risks and escalate material concerns proactively.\nLead supplier and contractor prequalification, sourcing events, evaluations, negotiations, award recommendations and ongoing commercial management.\nCoordinate supplier performance, logistics, inventory, quality and information flows to support business and operational requirements.\nManage strategic equipment, service and contractor agreements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.\nEstablish effective sourcing, supplier performance, logistics, materials management, forecasting, governance, change management and closeout processes.\nMaintain appropriate approval discipline, documentation, audit readiness and escalation processes related to commercial, contractual, cost and schedule exposure.\nSupport organizational commitments related to supplier diversity, local participation, sustainability and stakeholder engagement by translating objectives into measurable sourcing and supplier requirements.\nWorley Executive and Client interface and report out\nFirst 60 Days\nUnderstand business priorities, assess team capacity, validate key supply chain activities, establish stakeholder relationships and identify critical risks and opportunities.\nConfirm sourcing and supplier management priorities, establish governance and reporting mechanisms, baseline key performance indicators and implement risk mitigation plans.\nAddress critical gaps, advance priority sourcing initiatives, improve reporting and forecasting accuracy, and establish a roadmap for sustained supply chain performance and continuous improvement.\nMeasures of Success\nCritical products, materials and services are delivered in accordance with business requirements.\nSupply chain forecasts, schedules and commitments are reliable and transparent.\nCommercial and contractual risks are identified and effectively managed.\nSupplier performance meets quality, cost, schedule and service expectations.\nGovernance, documentation and approval requirements are consistently maintained.\nStakeholder relationships are strong and collaborative.\nThe team delivers against supplier diversity, local participation, sustainability and business objectives.\nLeadership Expectation: An accountable and results-oriented leader who provides data-driven recommendations, challenges incomplete assumptions, develops team capability, fosters collaboration across functions and intervenes early to protect business outcomes.\nRequirements\nTypically 15+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement and contracts experience, including significant responsibility for strategic sourcing, commercial management and supplier relationships.\nProven capability across the full procurement and contracting lifecycle, including sourcing strategy, market engagement, prequalification, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, award, contract administration, change management and closeout.\nStrong knowledge of supply chain operations, procurement, logistics, inventory management, supplier performance and commercial contracting.\nDemonstrated commercial judgment in complex negotiations, cost forecasting, supplier relationship management, risk allocation and issue resolution.\nExperience operating within complex organizations where governance, compliance and stakeholder management are critical to success.\nStrong leadership, communication and influencing skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and build high-performing teams.\nRelevant degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, commerce or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; SCMP, MCIPS, PMP, MBA or comparable credentials are considered assets.\nExperience supporting supplier diversity, sustainability, local participation or social procurement initiatives is considered an asset.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
