Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nOverall Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:\nManage team(s) in the design and construction management of ports and marine structures including docks, marinas, ports, ferry terminals, piers, steel sheet pile structures, steel and timber pile structures, floating structures, arctic and waterfront facilities.Prepare proposals and fee estimates.\n\nManage and control project budgets / schedules.\nOversight of preparation of project deliverables including drawings, specifications and reports.\nCoordinate the work with other disciplines.\nOversight of field work during construction.\nActively engage with internal and external clients for business development.\nActively encourage and support a safety-oriented culture.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering.\n10 to 15 years of project management experience in ports and marine infrastructure.\nMarine arctic experience preferred. \nRegistered as a P.Eng in Canada, preference is in British Columbia. \nExperience in mid-to-large-scale projects.\nGood communication skills both written and verbal.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nExceptional interpersonal skills.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
