Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nTechnical Competency\nEnsures team member adherence to generally accepted engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.\nSupports the standardization of equipment specifications, drawings, and document templates.\nContributes to the understanding of technical knowledge, legal requirements, and customer specifications whenever viable and lawful.\nUses local/global standards to support technical excellence.\nSupports checking, peer reviews, and incorporation of comments and findings.\nTechnical supervision of project designated process designers and draftsmen in the execution of their duty.\nPreparation /checking of Specifications, data sheets.\nPerformance of bid evaluation and vendor document review and approval.\nTechnical writing activities, in particular, production of technical reports and operating manuals.\nManage studies and process-orientated projects as assigned.\nProject Execution\nKnows the project and discipline scope/cost/time requirements, assists the team to meet expectations, and coordinates with other disciplines to ensure project success.\nImplements innovative solutions, technology advances, and methods to effectively deal with working out of sequence.\nSupports Lead Engineer in monitoring quality activities and takes action where required.\nAssist Project Team in project documentation such as proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules\nManage process design and any design changes within budget and schedule.\nPrepare and participate in weekly process discipline meetings, prepare progress reports and follow required checking procedures.\nReview and approve all related technical documents and coordinate with the Lead Engineer.\nManagement, technical execution and completion of engineering assigned tasks in a specific process discipline area.\nExecute verification, studies and detail design following best engineering practices and optimization in term of cost, construction simplicity, operability and maintainability, HSSE.\nProject Deliverables\nGathers data from multiple sources and prepares engineering studies, analyses, calculations.\nDetermines technical issues, defines alternate solutions, establishes pros/cons for multiple solutions, and makes recommendations through official project documents such as technical queries, technical deviations, etc.\nCreates final documentation incorporating all relevant information and pursues customer approval.\nReviews documentation to assist others and reviews/authorizes work done by direct reports.\nEvaluate new technology advancements against existing design standards and revise where applicable.\nIdentify and review new technology development which could be applicable in providing more cost-effective facilities.\nPerform discipline specific engineering services such as:Identify and report changes to project scope;\nContribute to appropriate studies, analyses and recommend actions;\nAssist with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings,\nspecifications, data, calculations and reports;\n\nProvide assistance during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.\nAssisting the project engineers in the co-ordination and preparation of input into the contract documents for each discipline area, including design criteria, scope of work, procedures and design approach.\nLiaison and co-ordination with other engineers and discipline groups on the contract to effect timely production of deliverables.\nProcurement Support\nIncorporates information from multiple sources into equipment/material specifications, data sheets, testing requirements, and material requisitions.\nReviews similar documentation to assist others and reviews/authorizes work done by direct reports.\nSite Support\nSeeks input from knowledgeable sources, participates in constructability, operability, and maintainability reviews, and ensures that requirements are incorporated into engineering/design.\nCreate plans or documents that supports construction, testing, commissioning, operations, maintenance, or decommissioning.\nQuality Assurance\nResponsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance systems.\nSafety\nResponsible for personal safety safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.\nPromoting health, safety and environmental awareness.\nJob Specific Knowledge:\nDemonstrate a visible and active commitment to HSE management and its associated requirements in a project environment\nExtensive knowledge of ADNOC VIP / VAP Assurance processes, API Standards (API-520, API-521, API-14C, API-14E) and statutory and regulatory requirements and a good understanding of onshore and offshore engineering practices applicable to process design for offshore oil and gas facilities.\nExperience in various phases of project life cycle with particular skills in Feasibility and Conceptual Engineering, field development and adequacy studies.\nExperience in processing of highly sour production fluids with extensive offshore engineering experience. Site experience is an advantage and willingness to travel to site and work in an operation support environment is essential.\nExperience of Option Selection Studies, debottlenecking and revamp projects and licensor packages\nExcellent report writing and communication skills.\nExtensive knowledge of process simulation packages such as HYSYS, PROII, Flarenet.
