ACCOUNTABILITIES\nJob Specific Accountabilities\nReview deliverables list from Contractor, comparing this with contractual deliverables and scheduled deliverables\nControl, monitor and report Contractor’s performance against the schedule\nKeep track of all technical communication between Contractor/Licensors and Company/Licensors\nKeep track of all Notes of Meetings related to the scope\nMaintain an Action Log for the scope and reporting to PM the open actions, including expected closing, every Friday\nFollow up and reporting on all Licensor deliverables and reporting to PM and Process Manager 1 day before the weekly management meeting with Contractor\nEnsure proper filing of all documents related to the scope\nEnforce the Management of Change process\nPrepare the Weekly Report for PM approval\nPrepare BPSC presentation materials in collaboration with the Process Manager for PM approval\nPrepare Monthly Report in collaboration with Process Manager for PM approval\nEnsure the effective liaison and co-ordination by Contractor between all parties\nEnsure that all tasks assigned by the Project Manager are completed on time and within budget\nAttend internal/external Project reviews and other meetings, as necessary\nKeep up to date with and adhere to Company and Project related procedures\nWhen required, assist Contractors in their interface management\nAttend internal progress and engineering meetings as required with the Contractors and Licensors\nParticipate in continuous risk analysis of the engineering works\nEnsure all deliverables and other requirements in ADNOC VAP procedure are fulfilled\nTrack all VAP proposals\nSupport the Process Manager with any confidential issues\nSupport the Process Manager with all tasks assigned\nResponsible for preparing confidentiality procedures within the area for PM approval\nRun confidential trainings and keep record of all NDA and individuals trained within the area.\nGeneric Accountabilities\nEnsure detail design documentation is developed, implemented and closed-out to the satisfaction of Company.\nEnsure a high level of HSE Performance by the EPC Contractor and its Sub Contractors with respect to Engineering in the Home Office phase, as well as to Execution during the Site Office phase.\nBe familiar with Company engineering/design requirements.\nKeep up to date with and adhere to Company and Project related procedures\nTo ensure that state-of-art technology is applied in the selection of equipment/packages.\nEnsure /support the PMT team in the execution of construction works.\nMonitor and coordinate study equipment failure data to ensure a timely submission of information in CMMS/other Records to implement the most appropriate maintenance strategy.\nDevelop/improve predictive, preventive and major maintenance programs for plant equipment/systems in his plant/area to improve reliability.\nTo ensure that as-built/final documentation is Industry.\nKnowledge in the technology selected or eager to learn\nPrevious knowledge of preparing and implementing Process Engineering Plans, schedules and Quality Control\nFull understanding of the EPC contract\nUnderstanding of License agreement with Licensor of the technology\nProfessional Certifications\nBachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent through experience).\nTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES\n10 year of discipline specific experience\nGCC experience, UAE experience is preferred\nSite based experience\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet CONDITION\nPhysical Effort\nThe jobholder mostly operates from a normal office environment. During pre-commissioning and Commissioning phase regular inspection tours in the plant will be required.\nWork Environment\nIn a later stage, the position is located both at the operating site at Ruwais some 250KM from the company head office location at Abu Dhabi. He/she may travel occasionally to overseas parent-company locations and to offices of technology suppliers and contractors and may join external meetings.
