Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nPrimary Objectives / Responsibilities\nProvide strong HSSE leadership and promote a culture of safety, integrity, and operational excellence.\nPlan, coordinate, and manage the EPCM team to ensure the successful delivery of a portfolio of Brownfield EPCM projects.\nEnsure clear alignment and communication of customer objectives across all project stakeholders to achieve or exceed expectations.\nAct as a mentor and coach to the Contract Leadership Team, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction.\nProvide clear and focused leadership to establish a vision for project success and implement strategies to achieve project objectives.\nFoster collaboration, resolve issues, remove barriers, and drive team performance to achieve contractual and business goals.\nSpecific Accountabilities\nSupport the Project Manager in the execution and delivery of project work.\nContribute to the successful delivery of projects in accordance with agreed objectives covering Technical Integrity, HSSE, Quality, Cost, Schedule, and Performance.\nEnsure project activities are executed in accordance with approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project deliverables are completed efficiently and effectively.\nMonitor project performance and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.\nSupport stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.\nEnsure compliance with applicable contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements.\nPromote continuous improvement, lessons learned, and best practices across project teams.\nEssential Skills and Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent.\nMinimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in Brownfield Oil & Gas project delivery within Project Management, Engineering, or Design roles.\nMinimum 10 years of experience working with multidisciplinary project delivery teams in complex project environments.\nExperience managing portfolios of projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.\nExperience managing resources within multicultural and diverse work environments.\nDemonstrated commitment to HSSE leadership and management within Brownfield project environments.\nStrong customer and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience in engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project execution is advantageous.\nExperience managing EPCM projects.\nRequired Competencies\nStrong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.\nStrong understanding of project management principles, project controls, and risk management.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.\nExperience leading multidisciplinary teams within complex operational environments.\nStrong commitment to HSSE excellence and continuous improvement.\nAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environment.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
