Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nJob Purpose\nThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of a major Onshore Gas Storage Project from Concept/FEED through Detailed Engineering and EPC support phases. The role provides leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams and is accountable for project execution, client management, commercial performance, schedule adherence, quality, HSE, and risk management.\nThe position serves as the primary interface with the client, project stakeholders, licensors, contractors, and internal engineering disciplines to ensure successful project outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Leadership & Delivery\nLead the execution of large-scale onshore gas storage projects in accordance with contractual requirements.\nDevelop and implement Project Execution Plans (PEP).\nEnsure project delivery within approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets.\nManage multidisciplinary engineering teams across FEED and Detailed Design phases.\nDrive project performance and monitor key project metrics.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nAct as the single point of contact for the client on all project matters.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships.\nLead project review meetings, progress meetings, and executive presentations.\nManage interfaces with licensors, EPC contractors, vendors, and third-party consultants.\nEngineering Management\nOversee engineering activities covering: Gas Storage Facilities.\nCompression Systems.\nGas Processing Facilities.\nPipeline Interfaces.\nUtilities and Offsites.\nStorage Terminals and Associated Infrastructure.\n\nEnsure engineering deliverables comply with client specifications, international codes, and regulatory requirements.\nCoordinate discipline leads to resolve technical and interface issues.\nCommercial & Contract Management\nManage project budgets, forecasts, and profitability.\nMonitor revenue, cost performance, and resource utilization.\nIdentify and manage scope changes and variation requests.\nSupport contract negotiations and commercial discussions with clients.\nRisk & HSE Management\nLead project risk identification and mitigation activities.\nPromote HSE culture and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.\nParticipate in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and project assurance reviews.\nEnsure implementation of project governance and quality management systems.\nResource Management\nEstablish project organization structures.\nManage staffing requirements and resource planning.\nMentor Project Engineers and discipline leads.\nFoster a high-performance project team environment.\nReporting\nPrepare and present: Monthly Project Reports.\nProgress Updates.\nExecutive Dashboards.\nSchedule and Cost Forecasts.\nRisk Registers.\nLessons Learned Reports.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).\nMaster's Degree is advantageous.\nPMP certification preferred.\nExperience\nMinimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.\nMinimum 10 years in Project Management roles.\nProven experience delivering Onshore Gas Processing, Gas Storage, LNG, Compression Stations, or Gas Handling Facilities.\nStrong experience in Engineering Consultancy/EPCM environment.\nExperience managing projects exceeding USD 100M-500M+ TIC preferred.\nADNOC project experience preferred, with strong understanding of ADNOC engineering standards, specifications, project execution requirements, and stakeholder management.\nProven experience delivering projects across the full project lifecycle, including:Concept Studies\nPre-FEED\nFEED\nDetailed Engineering\nEPC / EPCM Execution\n\nDemonstrated experience in both Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas projects, with balanced exposure across facilities, pipelines, utilities, and associated infrastructure.\nStrong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering execution, project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
