Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nChampion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.\nIdentifying, evaluating, and resolving Mechanical (Rotating Equipment) Engineering issues.\nReview and approve within the specified approval durations, the Contractor key deliverables and other works within the Mechanical (Rotating Equipment) discipline, ensuring compliance with Mechanical (Rotating Equipment) design requirements and the Licensors’ PDP’s, which involves the interpretation and review of calculations, specifications, plans, investigations, surveys, structures, system or equipment with relatively few complex features.\nReview and approve the following Contractor’s deliverables:Equipment design and development.\nSystem design, including concept sketches and layouts.\nTesting of materials.\nSpecifications and design calculations.\nDesigns, drawings and data by other Contractors’ or by Vendors.\nEngineering studies and reports.\nMaterial Requisitions for equipment & materials.\nMaterial quantity estimates.\n\nReview and approve key design documents from Vendors, equipment manufacturers or Subcontractors and prepare comments and recommendations incorporating any comments received from the Owner.\nAttend technical meeting with Owner, Licensor, Contractor and Vendors.\nAttend all Project technical sessions by the Contractor such as: Design Review Meetings, 3D Model Review Meeting, Constructability, SIL, EIA, HAZOP and HAZID etc.\nEnsure quality and accuracy of Contractor’s Mechanical (Rotating Equipment) Engineering design activities, system integration, and design selection.\nSupervise and manage the review and approval of Contractor’s work, ensuring compliance with Owner and Project specifications, relevant codes and standards, and industry best practices.\nCoordinate the required Engineering participation in the development and analysis of various design options and business models. Contribute input and expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models to ensure design optimization and validation for the Owner.\nCoordinate the technical guidance required to develop new specifications and update existing specifications in line with Owner requirements.\nCoordinate other discipline Engineer’s participation in layout reviews, design reviews, and technical workshops.\nInfluence Facilities and Equipment design optimization.\nProvide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline Engineers.\nCoordinate technical reviews and analysis during vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and performance evaluation.\nCoordinate the review of technical bid submissions and perform technical bid analysis.\nQualifications and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent, from an accredited university; or a minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry. \nMust have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position on mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects. \nExperience within FEED & EPC experience required.\nExperience in PMC roles.\nExperience in Offshore Project required.\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in Offshore projects is required.\nADNOC experience is required.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
