Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.\nThe Role\nAs a Structural Engineer Level II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.\nThe Structural Engineer Level II is responsible for performing structural analysis and design of offshore structures across concept, FEED, and detailed engineering phases. The role requires strong technical fundamentals, hands on design capability, and the ability to independently execute assigned scopes while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The engineer will also support senior engineers in reviews and provide guidance to junior team members when required.\nPerform structural analysis and design of Fixed Jacket Structures, Lifted Topsides, and Float-Over Topsides, covering in-service, pre-service, and accidental load cases.\nDevelop structural models and review engineering calculations, reports, and drawings.\nParticipate in design optimization studies and propose practical engineering improvements.\nDeliver structural engineering work packages within defined scope, budget, and schedule requirements. \nCoordinate design input with internal disciplines and drafting teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.\nProvide necessary clarifications and resolve technical issues during project execution.\nAssist in developing design philosophies, analysis methodologies, and acceptance criteria. \nSupport the review of concept, FEED, detailed design, and as-built structural deliverables.\nInterface with EPC contractors, clients, installation contractors, and Marine Warranty Surveyors as required. \nParticipate in technical discussions, interdisciplinary reviews, and model review sessions.\nSupport preparation of RFQs and review vendor documents for steel plates, hot-rolled sections, tubulars, LMUs, grout seals, anodes, and related items.\nProvide limited guidance to junior engineers and check basic work prepared by designers and analysts. \nContribute to knowledge sharing and promote best practices within the engineering team.\nAbout You\nTo be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.\n8-14 years of relevant experience in offshore structural engineering.\nExperience in analysis and design of Fixed Template Structures, FPSO modules, and offshore renewable structures (wind, hydrogen, CCS). \nGood exposure to FEED/EPC project environments.\nUnderstanding of offshore geotechnical considerations and subsea structure interaction. \nFamiliarity with steel material grades, testing requirements, and fabrication specifications. \nTechnical Skills\nWorking knowledge of jacket launch/lift analysis and topside float-over/lift operations. \nGood understanding of weight control principles for offshore structures. \nFamiliarity with international design codes including ISO 19901, ISO 19902, AISC-360, API (WSD & LRFD), DNV. \nHands-on experience with tools such as SACS, SESAM, USFOS, ANSYS, ABAQUS, STAAD.\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently under supervision of senior engineers with sound engineering judgment.\nProactive attitude toward learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
