Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nOwner’s Engineer or equivalent Lender’s Technical Adviser experience on at least three (3)\nutility-scale renewable energy projects (Wind and/or Solar PV, each of at least 100 MW\ncapacity) that have reached Commercial Operation Date within the last ten (10) years;\nExperience working on Independent Power Projects (IPPs) structured under a Power Purchase\nAgreement (PPA) with a national or regional Off-taker, including familiarity with PPA testing,\ncommissioning and performance guarantee regimes;\nDesign review or construction supervision experience on grid substation and transmission\ninterconnection works (132 kV or above), including interfacing with a national/regional\ntransmission system operator .\nDemonstrated regional experience in the Sultanate of Oman and/or the wider GCC is preferred,\nincluding familiarity with the Oman Local regulation and Grid Code requirements\nMinimum Qualifications & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering; minimum 10 years’ experience in wind\nturbine technology, including design review, erection supervision and commissioning;\nFamiliarity with IEC 61400-12-1 and MEASNET performance testing standards.\nCore Responsibilities:\nFull-time supervision of Wind Turbine erection, Inter Array Grid installation and Ambient\nConditions Measurement Facilities;\nWitness Wind Turbine commissioning tests and Reliability Runs and coordinate the\nindependent-expert Wind Plant Performance Test (AEP verification) post-SCOD.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
