You will either drive or partner with domain experts on the entire lifecycle of protocol development, including ideation, design, implementation, security review, and deployment.\nWhat you will do\nContribute to the design, implementation, testing, and security review of Wormhole’s core Solana programs and to protocols expanding to Solana.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into smart contract code.\n\nFollow best practices for secure smart contract development and build future best practices alongside Wormhole security researchers.\n\nStay up to date with the latest in Solana tooling, best practices, and industry trends.\n\nThe ideal candidate will\nHave deep experience writing production Solana programs. Alternatively, you’ve written production Rust for applications with millions of users.\n\nBe high agency and effect the outcomes they wish to see.\n\nCare deeply about the business outcomes of your work and challenge priorities when the business impact is unclear.\n\nHave a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, although equivalent practical experience will also be taken into consideration.\n\nWe provide\nCompetitive salary and restricted token units, dependent on position type and location.\n\nUnlimited time off, healthcare premium reimbursement, and 401K.\n\nTop-of-the-line MacBook Pro laptop.\n\nFlexibility of working from wherever you have work authorization, as long as you can work 10-6PM US Eastern Time.
