You'll be responsible for managing capital and writing the code that puts your strategies into production. This is a hybrid trading and engineering role.\nWhat you will do\nDevelop and run RFQ-based trading strategies for tokenized spot equities: set parameters such as buffers, spreads, and size limits, while optimizing for evolving business goals.\n\nPrice instruments where reference prices are thin or stale, such as long-tail stocks and extended and overnight sessions.\n\nMeasure execution quality: benchmark fills against references, analyze markouts, and turn what you find into strategy improvements.\n\nMonitor positions, inventory levels and P&L in real time; proactively flag risks, execute adjustments, and continuously improve tooling & monitoring.\n\nIntegrate with traditional brokerage venues and onchain programs to fill trades and rebalance inventory.\n\nWhat we're looking for\n4+ years trading at a market maker, prop firm, DEX, or brokerage, with professional experience specifically trading spot equities.\n\nExperience developing RFQ systems.\n\nA rigorous approach to risk management: you track exposure, hedge thoughtfully, and escalate early when conditions shift.\n\nSelf-directed and adaptable: you're comfortable operating with autonomy in a remote-first environment.\n\nStrong analytical and software engineering skills (e.g., Rust)\n\nWe provide\nCompetitive salary and restricted token units, dependent on position type and location.\n\nUnlimited time off, healthcare premium reimbursement, and 401K.\n\nTop-of-the-line MacBook Pro laptop.\n\nFlexibility of working from wherever you have work authorization, as long as you can work 10-6PM US Eastern Time.
