From the first conversation to the final follow-up, you’ll be the go-to person, working closely with our operations team to deliver seamless, memorable experiences that keep clients coming back.\nWe want you to bring your energy, creativity, and expertise to create outstanding experiences for our clients every step of the way!\nI) Lead qualification & sales support:\nTo qualify and validate inbound leads (new members) for our Coworking Space while maintaining excellent working relationships.\n\nTo assign leads and provide support to the Sales Team till the closing stage.\n\nTo support the Sales Team as and when necessary, including assisting with client management solutions, sales tours and proposals.\n\nTo perform cold callings and customer phone calls required for sales conversion.\n\nII) Sales & revenue generation:\nTo optimize the sales conversion process and close sales leads for all coworking products.\n\nTo be responsible for event hall and meeting room sales and meeting monthly sales targets.\n\nTo consistently meet given goals and matrices and willing to work hard towards meeting those goals.\n\nIII) Client coordination & event support:\nTo coordinate with clients on matters related to event hall and meeting room sales.\n\nTo ensure smooth communication and excellent customer experience throughout the sales and event process.\n\nTo handle other outlet-related matters as assigned.\n\nIV) Marketing & content creation:\nTo create compelling video content and promotional materials to highlight event spaces and meeting rooms.\n\nTo support marketing efforts to attract potential clients and enhance their experience within the coworking space.\n\nV) Sales optimisation & market analytics:\nTo contribute to sales optimisation strategies and provide input on market insights and analytics.\n\nTo work collaboratively to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and refine sales processes.\n\nVI) Support company community initiatives such as business networking events and member\nengagement activities.\nVII) Additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior and management.\nAble to work in a fast paced environment.\n\nHaving a sales and customer service mindset.\n\nExperience in Property or Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.\n\nAt least 1 year of experience is required for this position.\n\nProven track record on sales experience -
