analyze requirements from multiple departments to identify gaps and propose technology solutions\n\nDesign, develop, deploy, and maintain applications, APIs, automations, and internal tools\n\nBuild web-based systems primarily using JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems (Node.js, Angular, Express, GCP services)\n\nDevelop scalable backend services and integrations with third-party APIs and systems\n\nStakeholder Communication & Collaboration\nWork directly with C-level executives, department heads, and operational teams to understand business needs\n\nTranslate technical concepts into business impact-explain timelines, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes in clear, non-technical terms\n\nPresent technical proposals, project updates, and solution recommendations to leadership\n\nCollaborate with your engineering teammate to deliver solutions and share knowledge\n\nSystem Reliability & Improvement\nMaintain, upgrade, and optimize existing systems and applications\n\nConduct system risk, security, and reliability assessments\n\nImplement clean code practices, maintainable architecture, and documentation standards\n\nQuality & Delivery\nWrite testable, high-quality code following engineering best practices\n\nImplement unit testing/TDD/automation where possible\n\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), fix bugs, and continuously improve system stability\n\nInnovation & Growth\nEvaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies for potential adoption\n\nContribute ideas to strengthen engineering standards, DevOps practices, and team culture\n\nOccasionally support cross-functional tech initiatives (Data Analytics, IT/Network projects) when your software engineering expertise adds value\n\nEducation\nDegree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline\n\nExperience\nMinimum 2-4 years of hands-on software development experience\n\nExperience working on at least one production-level system, automation, or application from start to finish\n\nExperience with software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum workflows\n\nStrong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders and present technical work to non-technical audiences\n\nTechnical Skills\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript\n\nExperience in at least some of the following:\nFrontend: Angular / React / Vue\nBackend: Node.js / Express / Nest.js\nDatabases: Firebase / Firestore / NoSQL / SQL\nCloud Platforms: Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Functions, Firestore, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, etc.)\n\nExperience with REST APIs, integrations, web services\n\nFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD concepts, and DevOps practices is an advantage\n\nKnowledge of Python or PHP is a plus, but not
