with HR-related questions, concerns, and guidance \nAdminister employee benefits, onboarding, open enrollment, leave processes, and exit procedures \nReview bi-weekly payroll for accuracy and consistency \nSupport recruiting efforts including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding \nAssist with employee relations matters and workplace investigations \nCoordinate and facilitate HR training programs including OSHA, harassment prevention, and policy education \nProcess HR and payroll changes, including job changes, compensation updates, and profit-sharing administration \nPartner with managers to identify workforce development and training needs \nAssist with safety, workers’ compensation, and incident documentation processes \nCoordinate employee engagement and recognition activities \nMaintain compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies \nProvide HR presence and support across all shifts as needed \nDesired Qualifications\n1-3 years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits, employee administration, or a related people-support role preferred\nWorking knowledge of HR practices and employment laws, with a willingness to continue learning and developing\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills \nStrong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities \nAbility to build trust and maintain confidentiality \nSelf-starter with strong organizational and follow-through skills \nComfortable working independently and partnering with employees at all levels of the organization \nManufacturing or multi-shift environment experience preferred, but not required\nHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) is a plus, but not required\nWork Environment\n100% onsite in a manufacturing facility environment \nAbility to maintain a
