and performance metrics to stakeholders\nStakeholder Communication\nProvide clear and consistent updates on project status and key metrics\nTechnical Support\nTroubleshoot and support production equipment and processes\nProvide technical assistance to Sales and other departments\nOther Duties\nPerform additional responsibilities as assigned\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nStrong problem-solving and organizational abilities\nExperience with product and process design techniques (APQP, Flow Charts, Control Plans, FMEA, PPAP, etc.)\nIntermediate knowledge of machine design and operating principles\nIntermediate knowledge of machine repair and troubleshooting practices\nProficiency in CAD, PC systems, and PLCs\nHands-on, independent contributor who thrives in team environments\nAbility to travel 25-50%\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred\nMinimum of 5 years of related engineering experience\nProject management training preferred (MS Project, Gantt charts, PM methodologies,
