Ensure accurate handling, archiving, and compliance with all import-related documentation (e.g., LOAs, MSDS, GRNs), in line with local regulations.\n Goods Receipt & System Updates: Oversee goods receipt procedures, including physical verification and timely system updates (GRN processing).\nOrder Fulfilment: Coordinate weekly order dispatches, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries to customers.\nReturns Management: Manage stock and credit returns by assessing physical returns and validating their financial impact.\nInventory Optimization: Monitor stock velocity and inventory targets, driving actions to improve turnover and reduce obsolete stock.\nCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Service, Sales, Finance and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operational flow and data alignment.\nProcess Improvement: Proactively identify and implement improvements in inventory and supply chain processes to drive efficiency.\nYour profile\nHands-on mentality in driving the development of the Polish operations and taking on project leadership for 3PL selection.\nA degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.\nAt least 3-5 years of experience in inventory or supply chain management roles including good knowledge of polish distribution.\nInitial experience in project management.\nConfident working with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and advanced Excel skills.\nAnalytical, well-organized, and detail oriented.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across functions.\nYou speak fluently polish as well as english
