No weekends unless desired, no late nights. 30 hours guaranteed each week once certified, regardless of any client cancellations.\nWhere This Role Can Take You\nWe invest in your next step, whatever that looks like:\nRBT - we'll get you certified and support you every step of the way\nLead RBT - train new teammates while deepening your clinical skills\nMentor RBT - shape clinic culture and support fellow RBTs\nQASP-S - oversee treatment quality across ABA programs\nBCBA - we support team members pursuing their master's degree with internships and tuition assistance\nOT, PT, SLP, or healthcare administration - we'll support whichever direction you choose\nWhat You'll Do Day-to-Day\nDeliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges\nMaintain continuous, attentive supervision of your client throughout each session\nRespond immediately to client behaviors that may present a risk of harm, including running or sprinting when necessary to reach a child quickly\nImplement approved behavior intervention and crisis management techniques\nCollaborate daily with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP)\nTrack session data and celebrate real progress with kids and families\nShow up fully present - this work is active, immersive, and demanding, and the breakthroughs make it worth every bit of it\nWhat It Takes to Thrive Here\nWe're looking for people with a passion for working with kids and a belief that progress, however small, is worth showing up for every day. The best BTs we know didn't necessarily start having done it before, but come ready to learn and grow. If that resonates, you'll fit right in!\nYou'll also need:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n18 years or older\nReliable transportation, Monday-Friday, with full 8:00 AM-5:00 PM availability\nComfort working independently in direct care settings\nPreferred:\nBLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR certification\nExperience working with children with developmental disabilities\nRBT certification or completed 40-hour RBT training (no experience? no problem - we provide full training and cover your exam costs)\nPhysical Requirements\nPhysical stamina to stay alert and responsive through full therapy sessions, including during high-energy or challenging moments\nStay physically active throughout the day: you'll be constantly moving, on the floor, kneeling, squatting, bending, and transitioning between positions.
