established scripts and screening protocols.\n\nExplain clinical trial objectives, eligibility requirements, and potential risks and benefits in language patients can easily understand.\n\nBuild positive relationships with prospective participants by providing attentive, supportive, and patient-focused service.\n\nApply knowledge of medical terminology when reviewing patient information and evaluating potential trial eligibility.\n\nUse remote communication and collaboration platforms to manage calls, documentation, and internal communication.\n\nMeet or exceed established KPIs related to qualified referrals, patient enrollment, conversion rates, and other downstream outcomes.\n\nMaintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation of patient interactions in accordance with regulatory and study-specific requirements.\n\nParticipate in ongoing remote training covering study protocols, compliance requirements, and patient engagement best practices.\n\nFollow established the screening process.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum2 years of call center experience within healthcare or clinical research.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to explain medical or clinical information clearly and confidently to patients.\n\nWorking knowledge of medical terminology and clinical trial processes.\n\nExperience managing a high volume of phone-based interactions.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management abilities.\n\nExcellent attention to detail, particularly when documenting patient information.\n\nAbility to multitask and prioritize
