The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js and Node.js, with the ability to lead architecture decisions while remaining hands-on with development. The role requires a strong balance of React.js (60%) and Node.js (40%), along with expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud-native applications, and modern DevOps practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead application design, solution architecture, and technical architecture discussions.\n\n- Provide technical leadership while contributing hands-on to development.\n\n- Design and implement scalable React.js and Node.js applications.\n\n- Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures.\n\n- Design and implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and Axon Framework.\n\n- Drive cloud-native application development and architecture best practices.\n\n- Support CI/CD, DevOps, and engineering best practices.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.\n\n- Troubleshoot and support critical production issues.\n\n- Ensure architecture governance, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of applications.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 10+ years of software development experience with significant experience in architecture and technical leadership.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.\n\n- Strong expertise in Application Design & Solution Architecture.\n\n- Experience with Microservices Architecture.\n\n- Strong understanding of Event-Driven Architecture.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Kafka and/or Axon Framework.\n\n- Experience in cloud-native application development.\n\n- Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.\n\n- Strong problem solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.\n\n- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance enterprise applications.\n\nPreferred : \n\n- Strong experience in architecture governance and technical decision-making.\n\n- Experience working on large-scale distributed systems.\n\n- Experience with Java along with React.js and Node.js will be an added advantage.\n\n- Ability to guide
