• Decisive and deeply technical Cybersecurity Lead to commandSecurity Operations (SecOps) and Blue Team.
• Sole focus is acting as "The Watcher & The Enforcer."
• Hunt for threats, monitor our network and cloud logs, and defend our infrastructure against active attacks.
• Be the central authority for all vulnerability management. You will manage an enterprise-grade security stack across a complex, multi-cloud environment (AWS, GCP , Digital Ocean, On-Premise, and Kubernetes).
• Track security issues across all domains, ensuring that when a vulnerability is found—whether in source code or a bare-metal server—the responsible teams patch it swiftly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in Cybersecurity, SOC (Security Operations Center), or Blue Team operations, with a proven track record of leading security analysts or managing enterprise vulnerability and incident response programs.
• Vulnerability & Exposure Management: Expert knowledge of tracking and managing vulnerabilities across diverse assets (Code repositories, Containers, K8s, Cloud VMs, and bare-metal dedicated servers). Deep understanding of CVSS scoring and how to contextualize risk based on our specific infrastructure.
• Security Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise in deploying, scaling, and tuning SIEM/XDR solutions and vulnerability scanners.
• Cloud & Kubernetes Context: Strong architectural understanding of Hybrid/Multi-Cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and Kubernetes (K8s) to effectively analyze logs, track anomalies, and trace threat actor movements within cloud-native environments.
• Incident Response Frameworks: Proven experience building and executing IR plans aligned with industry standards.
• Mindset & Leadership: Possess the analytical rigor to separate signal from noise during a crisis, the persistence to continuously follow up on aging CVEs, and the communication skills to translate technical risks to executive leadership.
