We are implementing NetSuite ERP, integrating new entities, and continuously improving the way we work across our global finance organisation.\nYou'll join a team that manages accounting processes centrally for entities around the world, helping ensure smooth month-end closings, reliable reporting, and scalable financial operations.\nWhat you will be working on\nOwn the Day-to-Day Accounting Operations\nManage accounts payable processes, monitor invoice workflows, and ensure timely processing\n\nPerform bank and balance account reconciliations\n\nManage expense reporting and related accounting activities\n\nHandle intercompany invoicing and reconciliations\n\nBe part of Ad hoc tasks and projects\n\nDrive Accurate Financial Reporting\nSupport month-end close activities and reconciliation processes\n\nPrepare timely monthly and quarterly reconciliations\n\nCompile reporting packages for group entities\n\nWork closely with local service providers to ensure statutory filings are completed on time\n\nHelp Build Better Processes\nContribute to the implementation and optimisation of NetSuite ERP\n\nSupport the integration of newly acquired entities\n\nParticipate in projects aimed at improving efficiency, scalability, and quality\n\nHelp create standardized and future-ready accounting processes\n\nCollaborate Across the Group\nWork closely with colleagues in Budapest, Copenhagen, Vienna and Dortmund\n\nPartner with teams across Finance, Tax, and Controlling\n\nSupport a global portfolio of entities and navigate international accounting complexity\n\nAbout you\nYou are a motivated accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership and making things better.
