Does working in a remote, international environment with a strong collaborative culture excite you?\nIf you answered yes to these questions, we're sure this opportunity will sound exciting to you.\nWe’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Affiliate & Influencer Coordinator to join our Marketing team and help grow the reach of our products through affiliates, influencers, creators, and strategic partnerships.\nKeep reading for more details!\nBecome Our New Affiliate & Influencer Coordinator!\nYou will play a key role in expanding the visibility and growth of our products by building and managing relationships with creators, affiliates, influencers, media partners, and strategic partners.\nThis role is fully remote, but to keep collaboration smooth and our working hours nicely aligned, we’re looking for someone based in Europe.\nYou’ll be officially employed in your country of residence through our Employer of Record (EOR) partner, so you can enjoy the flexibility of remote work while being fully employed locally.\nWhat you will be doing \nResearch, identify, and recruit creators, influencers, affiliates, and partners whose audience aligns with our target market and business objectives\n\nNegotiate partnership terms, including contracts, deliverables, timelines, compensation models, and affiliate commission structures\n\nDevelop creative briefs and review partner content and deliverables to ensure brand alignment, accuracy, and quality\n\nTrack and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, affiliate revenue) and report on ROI to optimize future initiatives\n\nStay current on influencer marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging creators, while building product/technical expertise to speak credibly with creators\n\nWhat we're looking for\nStrong outreach and partnership development skills\n\nExperience negotiating commercial agreements and managing external partnerships.\n\nAffiliate, performance partnership, and influencer marketing knowledge\n\nSocial media platform expertise (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Podcasts)\n\nTechnical aptitude to quickly understand and communicate product features, benefits, and use cases\n\nProject management and stakeholder coordination\n\nPerformance tracking, analytics, and ROI measurement\n\nExcellent written and spoken English.
